Our Automatic Wally has two groups and through its ease of use and outstanding design makes one of the most universally preferred espresso machines for a barista. With an innovative thermal stability system, as water passed through each element, the temperature is further stabilized. The insulated boilers reduce energy consumption while contributing to temperature stability.
The electronic PID provides the possibility of thermal adjustment of the extraction process (between 50 – 100 Celsius degrees) and keeps cups warm, at a suitable temperature. It impresses in terms of reliability, durability, and control, and the quality provided by innovative technology makes it worth being acknowledged for coffee brewing excellence.
EXCELLENCE in coffee extraction
Independent Boilers
Separate boilers for each group head allow barista to optimize temperature for individual coffees. Three large stainless steel boilers, two for coffee and one for steam (steam and boiling water) supplied with preheated water (about 500 ml each).
Thermal Stability System
As water passes through each element, temperature is further stabilized. Copper winding system resulting in a temperature oscillation of less than 1 degree Celsius, each component is thermally insulated

Stainless steel portfilters improve your cup quality and consistency. They are also very easy to clean
