Our professional espresso machine with three independent groups and four boilers, Triton provides an energy saving of up to 40% compared to the classic technology of coffee equipment. Though its temperature electronic control mode, it ensures thermal stability and adjustment even in case of intense use, as the cup heater keeps cups warm, at a suitable temperature.
Created by using the finest material, it offers the possibility of preparing several beverages simultaneously and the pre-setting of each button for the desired coffee quantities through an accuracy flow meter and an electronic processing unit. High-power, resistance, and an ultra-fast response system, together with stainless steel portafilters complete the high quality of every cup of brewed coffee.

Independent Boilers
Separate boilers for each group head allow barista to optimize temperature for individual coffees. Three large stainless steel boilers, two for coffee and one for steam (steam and boiling water) supplied with preheated water (about 500 ml each).
Thermal Stability System
As water passes through each element, temperature is further stabilized. Copper winding system resulting in a temperature oscillation of less than 1 degree Celsius, each component is thermally insulated
