Triton is a solid performer with three independent groups and four boilers.
The professional espresso machine provides thermal stability, as its advanced technological features allow the perfect temperature adjustment for the extraction.
It provides the possibility to prepare several beverages simultaneously and it ensures energy saving up to 40% compared to the classic technology of coffee equipment. Thus, stainless steel portafilters improve the quality and consistency of the cup of coffee.

Independent Boilers
Separate boilers for each group head allow barista to optimize temperature for individual coffees. Three large stainless steel boilers, two for coffee and one for steam (steam and boiling water) supplied with preheated water (about 500 ml each).
Thermal Stability System
As water passes through each element, temperature is further stabilized. Copper winding system resulting in a temperature oscillation of less than 1 degree Celsius, each component is thermally insulated
