Evo is our small, professional retro-futuristic mono-group espresso machine that easily finds its place in less generous spaces, while also providing the technological features and the needed equipment to prepare the perfect espresso.
The advanced technology assures the perfect extraction of the coffee at the desired temperature. This efficient and progressive feature offers the possibility to extract any type of coffee at optimum temperature and provides high quality in every cup of coffee.
Intelligent solutions for continuously expanding quality
Independent Boilers
Separate boilers for each group head allow barista to optimize temperature for individual coffees. Three large stainless steel boilers, two for coffee and one for steam (steam and boiling water) supplied with preheated water (about 500 ml each).
Thermal Stability System
As water passes through each element, temperature is further stabilized. Copper winding system resulting in a temperature oscillation of less than 1 degree Celsius, each component is thermally insulated
Stainless Steel Portfilters
Stainless steel portfilters improve your cup quality and consistency. They are also very easy to clean
